WedShops Featured Wedding – Holly and Todd

Holly and Todd were married on October 2, 2010 at the Stephenson Presbyterian Church in Monroe, NC. Their wedding took place at the Rolling Hills Country Club – a beautiful venue, also located just minutes from Charlotte in Monroe.

Also included are images from Holly’s Bridal Portrait session, which was taken at the Victorian Crow’s Nest in Monroe NC. Not only can you have a bridal portrait taken there, its also a great Charlotte area wedding venue.

Their reception took place at the W.R. Davie Conference Center – located right next to the park. Both of these locations are rented by the Mecklenburg County Parks and Recreation department.

Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, or DSBG, is located near Charlotte in Belmont, NC. As its name would suggest, DSBG is a beautiful botanical garden with over 110 acres of themed gardens and fountains.

Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden is one of Charlotte’s most popular locations for weddings, so its important to book well in advance. However, DSBG has several different areas that can be rented for weddings, so your options are always open. Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden has both indoor and outdoor areas for your ceremony.

DSBG is not only a spectacular venue for weddings, but also a great location for bridal portraits. If you’re unable to book DSBG for your wedding, or are simply getting married elsewhere, you can still book it for your bridal portrait for a small fee.
